He has worked for organizations including Impell Corporation, Combustion Engineering, and Lockheed Martin. Mr. Scanlon is responsible for the Formtek operations. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Industrial Arts Technology. |

| Lisabeth (Liz) Haidinger holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business as well as a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Taxation. She has over 15 years of accounting experience and worked as a Controller with two major Northern California Staffing agencies. LKH Bookkeeping, Inc. was founded in 2001 to provide customized bookkeeping services to individuals and small businesses. Ms. Haidinger has a consulting agreement with the Company to provide CFO services. |

| Mr. Weisinger's career as a software technologist spans many projects and organizations where he contributes to software solutions used for health care, finance, engineering, discrete manufacturing, aerospace, defense and research applications. Mr. Weisinger earned a Masters of Engineering Science in Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley, a Masters of Engineering Science in Materials Science from the Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University. |

| Ed Kay is a seasoned executive with a long history in information
technology, software development, project management, and consulting
services. He has held leadership roles in the Advanced Concepts Center,
Lockheed Martin, and General Electric. Ed is responsible for professional
services, customer support, and quality assurance. He holds a BS in
Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MS in
Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania. |
